(3) You must have sufficient funds for hosting the competition and have certain market development capabilities. You must pay the event hosting fees and provide high-quality competition services and guarantees for participants;

(4) You must provide network signals and meet certain broadcast conditions to ensure that the competition can be broadcast live;

(5) The venues, venue facilities and related food, accommodation and transportation conditions must meet the requirements of the international competition.
